What's 4 ohm rating of Mmats D3500.1 or D3500.05?

Just like it says. Will these amps work for stock 0-600?

the 3500.05 I believe is 380 watts....

3500.05 has been rerated by usaci but as far as the 3500.1
lets do the math shall we

3500/2=1750
1750/2=875

or

3500/4=875

so no a 3500.1 will not work in 0-600

its not rated at 3500 troy its rated 2700 at 1 for the 3500.1 and 2700 @.05 for the 3500.05

the .1 is rated at 675 @ 4 ohm

and the .05 is rated 380@4ohm

They do more than they are RATED at. Great amps. Funny how two amps that do the same power are rated for two different classes. I love mine for daily though. If I had a different vehicle it would be great for comps. Anyone heard anymore about the 4000.1 or the 4000.05 recently?

They don't do the same power! Run em both at .5 ohm the 3500.1 is alot stronger. We have not had any of ours do more than there rated power, but then ours are not modded either.

3500.1 can't be in 0-600

run a 3500.05 at .25 ohms and see what happens....it's pretty neat Smile

I was gonna say i think the M3 is louder but did not want to start anything....i have not tested a mmats at all by the way. This is what i have heard. By the way can you modify amps that are in stock class?? Will the 3500 play @ .25 ohms?? Of course mmats says it will blow up. LOL

depends on your impedance rise

The shop I am friends with called mmats one day and they say do not run below rated impedence or it will blow up but we all know with any manufacturer they are not gonna tell you to run low impedence. I for one am impressed with the mmats amps. They are very small for the power they put out.

exactly. on the imp rise, the amp is seeing a higher resistance

ya u can wire it down to .125 as long as rise is at .5 your GOOD any lower expect problems or rolling the volume
