cfriesz....he really dont compete that much in usac if he does he will probaly be in sb4....eventhough the termlab dont like 30hz notes like he does

Thank you for the welcome to the site. John and I have been friends for a long time, so I try not to listen that much. J/K John. I have been into car audio for about 13 years now and I don't know still if it is a gift or curse, but either way, I love it. I am an old school kind of guy who loves the lowest of the lows. I am not doing any USAC shows right now, but after I get my truck done, I will try my hand at a few. I would be in mod 4001 and up and also SB4. I am once again going to do SPL with a street beat system for the fun of it. Yes, I know John, my subs and amps are still being tested for self life. LOL

well clyde if it will ever stop raining maybe we could finish ur truck...oh and thanks for the hand last night i found out today those buss bars helped alot....if u know what i mean

you're welcome John. I was glad to help and I am glad they did help. I know it looks alot better too. I can't wait to see a test run now. I think that the cat has been let out of the bag on my set up. Alot of people around here has heard what I am doing in the truck, but don't believe what they are hearing. As far as the 5500 in the Acura, I up the fuses and it still is no louder to the ear. I am disapointed. I think that the 3000 is going back in and up the gains and bass boost because the boost was all the way down and I still left the gain down to break in the subs.

Well, the wife and I talked it over. The 3000 is going back in the Acura and put in some test and tune time with it. I think that we could gain about 0.5db if we get it tuned right from what it was set, or maybe more. Then, save up for one more 5500 and do 6 of them in the truck. Yeap, that means I am once again spending more money that I don't have. You know what's next John. The 5500 loves the current, so, that means more and bigger batteries than I had plained on. So, I have to spend even more money which will put the Tempo on the back burner for a while and I can forget about fixing the Ford E350 van for the year. I think I need to sale the T-bird for scrap metal to pay for the truck batts because I am not going to fix it up. So much to do, so little money and time.

yeap, yeap. the blaz is not going to be that bad to fix. The subaru is going to be sweet I know. I just thought, I will have to upgrage the alt on the truck and run more 0 gauge wire to the back too. You know, I might have myself in over my head on this one. This GMC is going to jack me up before it is over with. Let me know when you want to try the trick on your door on the Blazer.
