| I guess I've never tested the 2 against eachother in this kind of test. But I know from personal experience tha 9500 can take a crap load of abuse. I also have to put a plug in for my sponsor... I know Steve has some flat wind coils on his Alphas and heavyweights that should be some real tough subs. Maybe look into those. | |

| i think in the right enclosures the x will handle as much power as the DD for as long as it can. We all get into pissing matches about whats better, its prefrence...ford vs chevy.....Myself will run kicker period. others choice other things. We have choices ..... Go with what you like. If you get beat its because you didnt work as hard as the guy that won. Period. |

wrong............. a car alone, doesn't make any product loud. a good installer, in the right car, using the right products, can make it loud. If it were car alone that makes it louder, you'd have even more competition at finals, because any kid that has a CRX, would be Champion worthy. Now get the mixture of them all, you will have a loud car, but it takes all the ingredients to make a perfect pie. |

what better place to ask peoples opinions than here? i thought that's what a forum was for? u seem to be tired of these topics, u do not have to reply if this is the case. i know the person that works harder will usually win. at this point i'm fortunate enough to be able to try something other than dd, and i was using my resources(this forum) to get compititors opinions to help me decide another woofer to try. i'm open minded at this point, any help is appreciated. | |
