As far as I know of, no. Entry should get you and 1 passenger in. $30 for Members, $35 Non-Members.

I had this problem last year with the gate. They tried to charge me $30 for Usaci + the entry for me and my passanger. It was like $55!
Of course you know me, I ended up getting my money back.
