There is more than one company coming out with some new very very very powerful amps, built specifically for Usaci ratings, and will be very very expensive...............for some.

We are back to the old days of amp ratings..........let the games begin......

im poor, maybe by next year when i get back from the desert they will all be rerated so i dont have to spend so much

Ralph is going to do the rating so no rerating with these amps. LOL.

Ok, just to ad my 2 cents, we are going to have 2 new amps in our Power Fighter line.
1 will be around the 600watt and the other a 1k.
Its not on the web site cos we are working on it, it will be updated by Sunday or so.
Just to add when working on the 600watt amp I ran into some very intresting things.....any way.
Whats the max that 600watt amp may have at 4ohms and 14.4V?

Yes, max at 4ohms would be 600watts on a 14.4 volt input. Lookin forward to hearing the outcome of this amp and prices.

I know thay say 600 watts rateings, but I know you have some small tolaracne. How much is it?

I believe it was a 15% tolerance. I'm not 100% sure on that but if I remember correctly thats what it was. Since Ralph switched over to an outside agency for amplifier testing I am not sure if that policy still applies or what. That would be something best discussed between you and Ralph.

if it is 600 watss rated it can do 750 and pass. Believe it is 30% tolerance.

I think Sam may be right on the 30%...talking to Ralph is still your best bet. There was a stickied topic here at one point explaining the test procedure and the tolerance but I can't seem to find it. I'm going to bed, have a test in the morning at 9am lol.
