[b]I am very new to this and would like some help. First off I am working with a 1993 Honda Civic coupe. The equippment I want to run, Headunit: Kenwood Excelon KDC-X791 Coponents in the kicks: CDT CL-62 6 1/2 Midbass/Subwoofer in the front doors: CDT M6 Amp to run everything: Soundstream TRA960.4 4-channel Eq/Crossover: Soundstream PQ-7 My real question is the 6 1/2 for the kick are they going to be to big or do I need to get 5 1/4. Also I would like to know if I really need the crossover with all of it. I would really like any suggestions and comments that I might need to do. I am trying to do this right the first time. I also have the red top optima battery. Peace

not very clear in your question need to tell about crossover points . but ,what i understand i think the m6 will be running low pass maybe around 125-250hz down and the cl-62 from there up using passive crossovers.if i'am correct you can use 5 1/4 cause you're more from midrange up and if your amp has a built crossover you maynot need a crossover ,but give yourself room to plan ahead. hope i was of any help.
