foam just fell out in one solid piece thank goodness fo painters tape to keep it from sticking ..

time to take a trip to the dump . jeffrey jr. did the whole tear out by him self 'took him about 6 hrs .. and costed me 100 bucks ta con him into doin it for me ..but well worth it what a freakin mess it made .

got the first piece of 2x4 put in and calling it quits for today ...lol .. need to get this thing goin only 2 months till first 3 point show in our area... ill get some done tommorrow and post pics of the framing

Do you have a game plan on building your box? How about welding a cage for your box. It will make your box much stronger. Also, I notice on your tear down, Your baffle looks thin. You might want to make it a bit thicker.

ya last box was only 3 layers ..... money was tight and still is but this one will be way better . cant aford steel . 2x4s are only $1.25 for 8 foot .. this box will be built no less then 6 layers of mdf and lots of 2x4 framing .. the baffle will be as thick as the subs are deep
