| Curious. How many different locations are you goin to think of moving to or staying at before you find one ? Not trying to sound rude or anything, just hear you say you are moving here or there all the time. | |

| It is a seasonal market out here. Land is not as cheap as it used to be, but still better then Cali. I bought houses when the market was good. I am having another house built right now that is running me a quater mil, but I got a bigger piece of land and bigger garage Don't forget the biggest benifit of this area ... Mike Jaffe | |

The weather is awesome, however summer is a little hot. Thank goodness we don't have a lot of humidity. Within two hours you can be in just about any climate you want. Property is not as cheap is it used to be. There are still a lot of good buys, especially in the out lying areas. My family moved here in 1936, so I am a wee bit partial to this area. During the last ten years, I have had the opportunity to visit many of the states and they are beautiful, but I still prefer Arizona. Hey, We have Gabe and Jaffe here! What you need to do is visit Arizona and decide for yourself.

The only reason they'd pull you into the main office is to triple your salary and give you less to do! Or not! Have a good time there. P.S. Hey Gabe, how about a little avatar wars? Just gotta keep it clean. Ready?
