D4D was a fun show. The weather was warm and cloudy. Lots of trucks scraping the pavement. Lots of soundoff competitors giving deafening demos.
Tantric Sounds had a booth. DB Drive team was out in full force. Team Texas got a few trophies. Wobbly Woofers repped the H properly.
Our resident Fish broke a world record, and I wanted to pass on the run. 158.7 dB

John perdeye had a rough time keeping his amps out of protect. Chris Fish hypothesized the high humidity meant denser air. This stiffens the air in front and behind the cone. Natural frequency and impedance rise both decreased for a lot of competitors. Here's Tony Manna who might have taken the win. Too many people to keep track of properly.
