| I have 2 subs that were purchased directly from the manufacture and are under warranty. The glue joints at the spider and voice coil broke. the woofer still plays but makes messed up noises at high volumes since it moves slightly where the glue joint broke. When I spoke with customer service from this company they said that it sounded like a user error and said that it sounded like the box was tuned wrong. I never over powered them and did not play below the tuning frequency. Now if you say your going to stand behind your product, then do so! Don't sell speakers to people under a false promise that you will take care of your customers and not do so. I am going to send the speakers in and if it's not handled in a professional manor, like it should be in the first place, then I'm going to let everybody know what company it is. | |

| well, I only ran them at 1 ohm on a single d5. 2000watts rms as they say their rated at and I didn't play them below their tuning frequency,so there should be no issues. Its a broken glue joint and not a burnt coil. That i could understand not covering. I will not waste anymore money on the subs than I already have. why should I use a companies sub who doesn't support their customers. | |
