| Not sure it would work like that for everyone. The box is just a variation of alot that's been used. And it works so. Id imagine seeing more twists. I mean..I built one for L5 12s I like march last year..don't think terry owned his car then. But it sounds like your hinting at knocking someone for using a proven design.. that's crazy.. considering those guys actually cut their own wood and screwing it together. Just kinda almost hypocritical? ? Anyway.. | |

| lol at first i was like come on Alan you getting soft, but i see that you did catch the jab to the ribs lol.
i cut my own wood as well its just that some never wanna see it that way. did i build the box in the s10 nope did i perfect the setup to a new level yup it is what it is.
someone should buy it and try out broks design i mean if it worked that well for you in the civic then it will in the older one as well.

| The first no longer loud vehicle that comes to mind is an orange toyota
I cant tell ya how many times i have given someone exact dimensions of my crx boxes, or even my s-10 and they cant build it for Dung Pile.
or even help on a design in general, then they go build it and bring back a peice of Dung Pile and think its a bad design, nope bad and cutting would and properly assembling a box, even though step bt step directions were given. |

| Danny does a 167.6 in 1-2 and beau buys it takes it to daytona and does a 149.9 in 1-2 for 3rd place.
Should be able to drop about any equip in there a do a number.
Beau did get it up to a 160.8 at finals that year though, but everything else a 157 or under.
I see he did get it up to 166 or so last year, then switched to 5+ and is doing 68's now.
So 4 years to get it back to where it was when he bought it, not too bad.
Any rules changes from 07 till now that i dont know of that would have made danny's score no good for the last few years? |

| I was under impression that it had gotten wet while sitting some where? Then he started redoing it as bandpass. Then I guess it just took some time. But I know its pretty on par now.
But yeah. The whole point is the same. Hand someone a car or design and they still might fail.

| When danny had it it was a bandpass, but perhaps it did get wet when it was just sitting, as far as looks to me, and i dont know anything just looking it looked about the same as when danny got rid of it in 09.
looks and what something is are two totally differant things so im not expert on the specs of the thing, just that it looked the same to me.
so yeah, i think they have an spl graveyard somewhere in missori with all the vehicles the guys from that area built over the years.
flamer van, luv, super mod crx with steel box, dannys was maybe there at a time. danny had a orange supermod nissan at one time, a few nw caravans, probably all kinds of stuff sitting around somewhere |
