For Immediate Relase:
USACI and Texas Heat Wave announced today that the two 12 volt industry powerhouses will be combining their efforts for what may become one of the biggest 12-volt events of all time, the 2011 USACI World Finals. Jenissa Lillard, USACI finals director announced the agreement today between USACI and with David McDonald of Texas Heat wave. “This is going to be the biggest thing to hit the automotive aftermarket in years” explained Lillard. “USACI and Heat Wave have worked together for years on Spring Break Jam, Texas Showdown, and the Custom Sounds Austin Heat Wave and been successful in their joint ventures”. Now combining Heat Wave and the USACI world Finals in a great vacation and gambling destination like Shreveport, La will bring together all the elements to make this an event with something to offer everyone. The event will be held on September 24tth and 25th at the Shreveport Convention Center in downtown Shreveport. With the Hilton hotel built into the convention center and several restaurants, night clubs, and casinos within walking distance USACI and Heat Wave would have a hard time finding a better venue anywhwere! | i think heatwave should stop having us usaci guys wait for hours to get trophies. put us first. we dont take long at all. why are we stuck off in the back time in and time out? i thought usac and heatwave were 'buddies'.

Heat Wave will only be doing the Car Show portion of USACi World Finals in Shreveport. As far at the Heat Wave events, the ones we do for Heat Wave, we have no control over how they handle their trophy presentation and you will have to discuss that with David MacDonald with Heat Wave. |

X10000000000000 The Cups at scrapin were awesome. And functional......they make great door stops, candy dishes, random bolt and screw holders, soup bowls, and much more. You can't do anything with a 6 foot tall trophy.

| i like world championship rings. padre rings lost their value when they started to give out more than one to one person. maybe put a diamond on it as the 1st world champ. even a fake diamond. Not that I would ever win a world championship, just my thoughts on the subject | |

| yes, I am proud of my 2 rings as well, one for 09 and one for 2010, but when people were winning like 4 or more each year, it just ruined the whole ring thing. I didn't go to padre this year or it would be 3 rings in a roll. One per person per year made it more prestige. On a side note, one day I got drunk and ended up in the back of a patrol car and when I woke up, I didn't have my rings anymore. It was Superbowl Sunday, I guess that's what happens when you show off. | |
