Dont lie thats not why you want more alts in sb4. I say if the car came factory with 2 alts then let them enter.Im looking at it this way its not going to bring more ppl to a class that is unlimited. How many shows do you go to during the season an you are the only one in your class thats not fun .
But you bet your ass when this is set in stone my car is getting more alts an batteries in it. I will dable in sb4 this year but DO NOT plan to try and compete with all the big money guys at finals....its not worth it for me to win a trophy. Its gonna take some serious power now to win sb4. Yall have fun I will enjoy my demos and my system. No way am I lugging 30+ batts around everyday.

| That's my plan too, Bret.
In USACI, most people choose either: a) Build a car for a certain class. (compete to win) b) Build a loud-as-poop daily driver, that still puts up a good number. (compete to enjoy)
Both choices exploit the abilities of the equipment, but for different purposes.
The best feeling about competing (for me) is when people say "Daaaaang! I can't believe that's just a pair of cheap 10's!"... so I guess I'm in "group b".
PS - HBGIC, Thanks for changing the stock classes to 1 alternator... that could have been disastrous.

| Stock classes have been unlimited alternators for yrs, didnt really think they should have been but it never was disasterous. Also thought sb4 has always been unlimited alts, batts, amps, and subs on 12 volt. There is no change on this guys. Please correct me if I'm wrong! | |
