| iPods are legal now... so I'd DL Gucci Mane's "Foreign" from "The Burrprint, Movie in 3D" an internet released mixtape. Solid tone @ 47 Hz. Can't wait to see this thing hit a 160 SB!
As Rowlands mentioned in the past, the quality of the recording does matter in SB. I haven't done distortion testing on the above track... but it doesn't sound too terrible.

bret, what did you use for 49 hz? at finals. It sucked LOL you dont want it......I could have done 159.5+ if I would have known this. My old song was on bass cube 2- bass transmission. I think it was 45 and 49hz it did better.

Just clearing things up Even if the rules haven't been updated, the enforcement of said rules is up to the judges... who I assume were at the competitor meeting. iPod use is allowable, but the ultimate veto power is up to the judge.

| I'm just imagining the massive troll-fest, if they put me in charge. I'd probably replace the homepage with pics of amplifiers in trash cans... and make all text scroll diagonally. All world record holders would have middle names involving phallic innuendo. Rules might change a little too. "No frequencies above 62 Hz may be played in Street Beat." There's probably alot of good reasons why Ralph doesn't delegate any positions of power to the forum guys. | |
