| it takes 4 relays. once you solder on to the buttons on the 2nd remote, then you can set it up with 2 relays. now you can trigger arm and disarm with the relays. then find drivers only (+) . let that run through a relay that breaks it when any other door is unlocked. use that to trigger your disarm relay. now the switch wont disarm it. one other thing. use the ground when armed wire (starter kill...usually orange on most alarms) to break the arm relay's coil so it wont arm twice. on some alarms that will knock off sensors.
you can also power the remote off of the truck so you dont need batteries. just make sure your voltage is right. | |
