so.... alan.... your thinking along the lines of Trunk 0-500, 501-1500, and 1501 plus or????? im thinking like 0-1000 2 amps.. 1001+ 2 amps.. or somthing i dunno maybe the larger class is 1001-2000 and thats it. i just dont think someone should need 4 5ks to be competitive. this could be a endless convo for me. cause ive thought usaci should lose the 4ohm thing for years now lol.

| Well, I am only down for cutting because I don't want to have to buy another car. If I have to buy $4k worth of amps to be competitive in "mod," it'd be cheaper to just buy a new car. Lmao. Basically, I want USACi to change the class up just for me | |

| Just that if there is a 2 amp limit I would need 2 d9's to get the 1800 .I have 2 d5s so I only need one more ..and 3 d5s would be more power than 2 d9's | |

| you see , Chris that is what Mean , with 2 amps it be more even . I know it'll be a pain ,but guy's that been around wouldn't have problems getting the right equipment for there built . If I had 2 d-5 and the rule only 2 amps ,I would run the 2 or sell them and get 2 d-9's and probably no money out of the pocket or a lot less then getting one more d-5 . | |

| first i wanna say congrats to steve, chilly, alan, terry, juicebox lol, oh man an mr. repurto (i hope i spelled that right) those numbers are nice an hopefully they get to stay that way an louder. now on to the classes, i dont think we need more trunk classes, trunk 0-1000 is a nice class it focused on more of the build an not like unlimited an throwing raw power to subs. point example look at alans score an look at steve i think it is, score. chilly's guy score was 156 on 2 12's an 2 d5's alan's an terry's score was 157 on 4 5k's an 2 15's an 2 okur 7.5's an 4 10's not shitting on terry's an alan's scores as alan always say i do lol but just saying i think all classes was designed to find out ppl's building ability's an not how deep their pockets are. trunk mod oh man that class would be frowned upon i think if you wanna do that much cutting to your back rear deck you should be in super stock classes, i say that trunk unlimited should be able to let you do some cutting but only on the opening an not the rear deck lid.
thats my rant | |

I know that terry an alen had all most no time in them. Grate numbers for them both Alan's number was good enough for any class and place . I agree with supa. in the class it was more of a built and people showed some ability ,Chris worked on his car hard and did a great # , I built for 2 classes SreetQ which I won and trunk and still be able to over 153 and sound good , and Alan , well you know it takes skill to do what he did and the same for the rest of guy's in the trunk classes.

I know that terry an alen had all most no time in them. Grate numbers for them both yeah i wouldnt say it was close a 56.. even a 55 is a great number. but the DBs dont come easy here. going from a 56 to a 57.. then to a 58 takes work. i had alot of power in my car but i know i wasent able to use it all because of the enclosure. with some time i know its got a bit more once i get it to use that much power. with different impedance woofers im pretty confedent i could play a 57 with just 2 amps... or very very close me and terry had NO time at all in them really lol. i did have my enclosure built a long time ago but never did any testing or tunning on it at all. it was at finals the exact same as it was when we built it along time ago for a 1x show i wanted to go to when i had 2 FI 15s laying around lol
