Time for a Break

I want to start off by saying thanks to Nick Wingate, Duane Pilgrim, Orca, and Focal for all there help getting the Honda built, and accomplishing what we set out to do. Now that the goal has been reached it is time to refocus my energy back on my customers and teammate's cars. I really never imagined that when I pulled the honda in the lane with its first system eight years ago that it would end up being the car it is now. It was a dream that I have been blessed to realize, and I can not imagine it getting any better than the past year and half. So for all you boys and girls the Center Drive Honda is retired, or on hiatus. Thanks for all the memories, fun, heart ache, pain, suffering, and glory.

special thanks goes out to Mickey Brones, Wilson Adcock, Doug Winker, and Gary Biggs. Although they didn't directly help on the final version of the car....they helped on all the versions preceding it...and without them I would have never accomplished the things I have in the Honda.

Congrats Chris! I am sure glad to be a part of your team! I just wish I could have afforded the trip out. I know I missed a great show with some great friends!

I'm glad I finally got to hear your car and talk to you at finals this year. Some of the things you and I discussed got me thinking about how to even judge a car built like yours. I judged your car to a much higher standard than any of the other cars in the field and it would have been nice to have a couple of other cars also built single seat to compare your car apples to apples against.

Congrats Chirs. It was a great experience listening to your car you worked so hard on.

I am sure you have plans or working on them as we speak ,but whatever they are .............I am sure it'll be great!

Oh trust me....there are plans. That is why I need to take a break from the Honda for a while. I have commitments this next season to some new installs that I am finishing. I feel like I need to step up and get these rides ready for my customers.
