Wire size from amp to speaker ?

What would the proper wire guage be from a Crossfire VR1000d to my FI Q12d2 ? The length from amp to speaker is about 4-5 ft.

Drill two 1/4" holes in the outside of your box and take both positive/neg wires and put ring terminals on the ends of wires. Then put a bolt through the terminals and stick through the box with a nut on the other end. then all you have to do is connect wire to outside of box with a single wire. Here's a pic:
