i dont know if it is the same guy but he said he is making a butt load for usaci and he also said that there are hold on let me cut and paste it here....... "I have been talking with USACI about being the main person to do their new regulation competition cd, and as of right now you can still use the "So LOUD It Hertz" cd until they figure out what they are going to be using as bass. The tracks I did on that cd are not solid frequency.. there are beats in every single Hz. track along with a background arpeggiator synth. It registers on the dB meter and the Hz. meter as having beats on a gain and drop level. It was used in 2007 World Finals so it is legit. here is a pic below I took of one of the Hz. tracks I did, you can see that it is not a solid frequency. Anyways I can just send you the cd if you want, because you can still use it."

This is a post I put up here weeks ago!

Only music commercially available through nationally know retailers (Excluding Internet Outlets) may be used for judging. The music must contain non-computer generated vocals and a discernable bass beat or rhythm. (Must be a song). Music with intentionally extended bass tones may be banned and will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Burned cd’s or music recorded to an mp3 or other electronic player will not be allowed. Competitors who must use an mp3 type player will only be allowed to use a player provided but the USACI judge and must play a selection provided by same. USACI directors will have available the USACI SPL CD in both CD and Mp3 player formats. As of this printing Majic Mike, Loud As Hell, and the So Loud it Hertz CD’s may not be used. Other Cd’s that may not be used can be found on the USACI web site at www.usaci.org.

nothing to clear up,magic mike,so loud it hertz,loud as hell. are directors here are very strict on this. some ppl were using the cd this past weekend. and more than one of us spoke up about it. if one single person can use "so loud it hertz" all of us should be able too.
