I just received an email from Mark Eldridge stating that the first SQ Promotion meeting will be held at MSE in Bixby Oklahoma at 3PM this Saturday.

I would like a head count of people that can attend so we know what to expect. Remember this is the promotion idea that Mr. Biggs and Mr. Eldridge mentioned earlier.

So what I guess we need right now is a head count of those that can make this meeting. We can start arriving by 12pm with the meeting officially starting at 3pm. If we have everyone there before, then I think we can officially start the meeting earlier, if you guys think that would be fine.

I am duty officer at the fire department on Saturday. I would have liked to have attended. I am very interested in this meeting.

Told ya this weekend was bad...I'm out.

I am not sure why we have to physical have a meeting. Why can it not be on video conference with Skype so some of us can participate?

Haven't thought of that. But since I don't have a cam, it would be difficult for me to get on one. But if we can do it, then maybe we will have to go that route.

Mike, are you going to be able to make it to the Member's Meeting?

You dont need a cam, you just just do audio to listen and and it is free. Cam is just for seeing ugly mugs....LOL

I can't make it. I am booked up every weekend till mid Dec. I am giving a marketing workshop today, leadership and team building workshop next weekend, fundraising tailgate weekend after, Thanksgiving, etc. Sucks.

I would like to help out in some way though.

Did it happen? What was the result?

We didn't have it Ralph. We are just going to see everyone at the Member's meeting. All this meeting was going to be about was to discuss what questions to ask specifically at the Member's meeting. Now some of us, ( Mark, Brian, and I) will be at Mark's Seminar here in OKC this weekend, so we can discuss this if need be. But the official (non-official) meeting was called off.

We tried to put it together, but schedules wouldn't allow but three or four of us to get together. We have been in contact, and hopefully with the "Rules Meeting Topics" thread and e-mails, we can have a good list of topics together for the 21st.
