Im sure this has been discussed before but I would like to know what disc will be used for judging at World Finals this year. AND if there is a new disc that will be used will it be available before Finals.

We've been using the Focal disc...disc from last year. That is what is supposed to be used currently. I haven't heard about finals but IMO it would be crap to change now.
A new disc for next year however would be cool for sure. It would be even better if we could get it at Finals this year.

I was just wondering because Larry Pagelsdorf let me listen to a really nice SQ disc a couple weeks ago at a car show and I thought that it would have been pretty nice to use the disc that he had. I forgot were he told me he got it from but I was thinking that it could be used at the World Finals. I know that the Focal disc had been used previously. So for now I will stick with that. Just trying to tone up the V Dub...Im trying to at least place this year...if not catch a 1st place...lol

lol not that im going to finals and im pretty sure ill get some bashing for this but a Michael Jackson cd would be sorta cool

I'm sure he has music that we could certainly use.

I know for a fact I heard Thriller come out of my car in the BOS round. LOL.

We are working on a new SQ disk and have been in touch directly with several artists including Clair Marlow about liscensing tracks. It will be done prior to finals but will not go into use until 2010 season starts.

That is exciting! Make sure and include some type of image mapping.
