| for the last few years i have been without a complete staff.
i need someone who is at least advanced mecp or master level on the installer side and someone who knows how to sell sound quality.
i need someone to replace me.
most of the job canidates are very poor and none have had the drive to be the best.
i would love to find someone who can build a competition car by themselves.
to me this doesn't seem like it should be a task but after repeated failures to find any decent help iam fustrated.
pay is based on knowledge, performance and drive.
effingham is in Illinois where I-70 and I-57 cross straight east of St. Louis
any takers or anyone know of someone close.
i mean where are the car audio nuts! |

| im sure you will find someone to help you out, you could also look into craigslist.com you might could list your same request about someone to help you in sound quality. i compete in sound quality as well and its fun... im chef kyle from ft worth texas...take care

| john tried that site but it looks ancient and i already can log in but it won't let me post.
anyone know how to get in contact with the judges from mexico.
sorry can't remember their names but they said they run a school for car audio in mexico.
maybe they have job placement.
tell me if i'am asking for too much.
i want someone who can
install all car audio and diagnose any problems then fix.
install remote starts and any combination of.
install all types of mobile video, diagnose problems, and fix.
tint windows quickly and flawlessly. one piece on all cars.
all types of electronic accessories, ie custom radar, cruise, lighting.
sunroofs
build custom anything from scratch.
install all custom home theater and build the room around it.
custom body and paint a plus
built competition vehicles from start to finish.
be a great salesperson in and out of the store ( employees reflect on the store 24/7 )
what to be the best and educate themselves continuesly.
ok so this is what i'am looking for and then i could train them the rest of the way.
anybody know someone like this? or am i living in a fantasy world. |

| have you tried craigslist.com and post a reqest like your asking? i mentioned this before and you didnt respond so i was just trying to help you out, i have had great success with using craigslist.com

thank you for your suggestions i looked into them.
what iam really asking is.
do other shops have employees that can do all this or do they use one for audio, one for remote starts, one for tint, one for sales and so on. |

| | The problem that you are going to run into is that you are asking a lot of one individual to be the best at. That may not be realistic. What happens is people will lie to get the job then once in the job true colors will show. I really think you are looking at least 2 people. You have a lot of needs. he maybe a great custom guy but cant build sq for shit. May know sq in and out and can build but cant do home theater or paint. See what I am saying. Split this into 2 positions. |

if anyone knows of someone that is willing to relocate have them email me a resume and an installation portfolio.
like i said i'am looking for someone to replace me so salary is very negotiable. experience, knowledge and drive = more pay

In all serious though I think Marquies is right in the above post. Whether it is possible to be a one man show or not is irrelevant, overextending themselves is what would eventually hurt and leave them burnt out. Two positions with a fair (not overboard) pay would be adequate to both get the job done and survive.

| hey crush im sorry i mis understood what you were asking. the tint shop here in ft worth who did all the stuff for my car he does it all the tint and the car audio and the car security and most of the major shops around here all the guys i know they do it all as well so to have one person do one thing and another person do something else i dont know if there is shops that do that. did that answer your question? i hope that your baby is doing well too... chef kyle
