i agree............but still not a big fan of the audison

most cars ive sat in over the years with audison are only good at high volume......its no a very linear amp........the amp lacks balls at low volume...........if they have that fixed it is a very sounding amp..........its not the equipment you use its how you use it........

I use a pdx 4 channel. Never had a problem with it so far,and never overheated under the seat!

I've got PDX amps and they work fine for me. I don't drive the hell out of them but I agree that the 1000x1 is a little weak in the shorts for a 1000 watt amp. I've managed to heat both of the amps up on occasion but never once had a thermal (DOH!!! Now they'll probably thermal tomorrow!)

I've heard a TON of good amps while judging and like Mickey mentioned, it's not what you have but how you use it that makes the most difference.

I'd like to tell you what I personally prefer but then everyone would scream BIAS at the next show I judge. (neither brand has been mentioned yet though and I very rarely see either brand at shows anymore)
