Set their gain's w/ the radio's on +8 and use warranty void stickers on the amp's controls.

Had a moron that killed a DD2515 on an M80 awhile back, did that to him. His brother is still hammering on a pair of DD1515's w/ no problems.

When just doing a replacement speaker type thing, put caps on the speakers. Add the cost of the caps into your installation price. If they install them, give them a shorter over the counter period and just make them wait while you ship them when that time is up.

We take care of the first one but after that they pay the shipping and have to wait till we get them back we don't do a direct exchange.
