Used items= bench tested in front of customer to their satisfaction.
New Items = factory warranty unless i am an authorized dealer.

Full store credit to upgrade item within 30 days w/ receipt. (after bench test)

I think our store's return policy depends on how much the cutomer bitches about whatever they perceive as the problem. Our fault or not.
