| Used items= bench tested in front of customer to their satisfaction. New Items = factory warranty unless i am an authorized dealer. Full store credit to upgrade item within 30 days w/ receipt. (after bench test) |

| no returns all sales are final!!!!! bench test wont matter if the outputs are gone now if its memphis car audio then warranty it if your a dealer thell warrenty anything there the best ever and less than 1% ever return for warranty |
