No argument from me. The problem is usually timing and money for the formentioned. I agree, its been long overdue for some type of meeting, preferably in person at some south-central location agreeable by everyone. Another thought would be some kind of online discussion and vote. Proposed rule changes could be submitted by all including Ralph, reviewed, and voted on by all members. I realize this would not be as effective as an "in person" rules meeting and I personally would prefer a "real" meeting, but
anything would be an improvement over the past few years. I mean who wants a major change in the middle of the season after your competitors are used to current rules and then get a change thrown on them later on in the year with no warning whatsoever.
Bottom line is that some sort of meeting needs to go down preferably asap or during first qtr. of 2010 so everyone knows what
the changes will be, if any. I will help anyway that I can.
