| Okay so if amp gets retested at proper testing as done in the past. And it fails...... Should DD get moved to unlimited it would be there 4 strike in 3 years . Not sure how many chances they give now but...
I Believe they should be rated unlimmited on all amps just for the confution of the published rating and never changing it on both sites.... Any comments.... Im not trying to piss Chris off any more just trying too see everyones view.... I think unlimmited on all there amps for Usaci... How many chances guys.

| Without really knowing the other amps in question that have been rerated and striked out. I would say a possible on the subject.

| That I cant answer, I think we need to look further into the problem than any one manufacturer. If you really look at it, with a t 20% tollerand and a non inductive load on a constant 14.4 I would be NONE of the reputable companies amps would past.

| Plain and simple...DD is NOT OUT TO MAKE AMPS FOR US COMPETITORS. THEY DO NOT RATE THERE AMPS TO FAVOR ANY ORGANIZATION. They rate them at real worls applications. It is our fault as competitors for pushing the limits sometimes and maybe just maybe using amps that are on the borderline. If USACI tell my customers that own dd amps that they now must compete in unlimited power classes...Usaci will not be the organization for them. It is not the end consumers fault and Digital Designs is truly not out to rate there amps to have an advantage in the SPL lanes. Call them up yourself Jimbo...see just how much they like spl competitons. Seriously give them a call. Talk to Steve. He could care less about competitive organizations....it's about giving real world wattage so the customer don't get ripped off.

| Everyone is looking at it the wrong way....you guys are looking at it like DD has been trying to be misleading with there ratings. That is not the intent. As I said before, they didn't even know what the class power ratings where in USACI when the amp came out. And on the manuals.... the first manuals of every amp is printed before Digital Designs even gets an amp in there hands or has a chance to verify or approve what is printed in the manual by some non english speaking idiot. Englanease I believe Steve called it. I was unaware of this but DD did put 770 @ 4 ohm in the actual approve manual...that's only 5 watts less than what it was tested at at wrong tolerance percentage...I don't see intent to cheat at all in that.
