He created many great memories for many that knew him. I only wish that he were more "remembered" by those that benefitted from knowing him and dealt with him over the many years he was involved with USAC.

| I keep a memerial thing on him on myspace and have videos and a room full of all his shows trophies... The man was the reason i started Competing in 93. He always would tell me DAMMMIT JIMBO YOU GOT TO CALM DOWN ONE DAY OR YOUR YOU GONNA PASS BEFORE ME...... I can remember a show in 96 were he actually pulled me off a gentlemen and hid me in the trailor till the cops left...LOL He was my protector and the person to keep me the calmest.....

| jimbo , i recognize the voice and i also think i was on this show the place looks familiar .Mark, was also in the first show i ever enter , he spend time to show me how to improve and invited me to his shows and i became a regular until i went to the San Frac. area for a few years.i was sad to find out he was gone , when i came back and stated competing again.

he was one of the best,....
he was a great friend to me at the worst time of my life 1983 homeless and no job in Lake Charles LA ,...he gave me a bed and a job building speaker boxes,....
I owe him everything,....he made me who I am today.
