Rating on a Mmats D100 HC

Does anyone know the rating on that amp? Someone's trying to sell one to me and he knows nothing about it. It's "for a friend" so he's clueless.

Go figure.

Not sure what UACI rated it at. This is MMats rating. It will do 1200 watts @ 2/3 ohms

does anyone know what the MMATS 300.1, i guess. 300 watt amps. there like 3000 watts for a birp or something. have they also been reviewed and rerated?
